We implement enterprise-grade security controls including encryption in transit, managed database security controls, role-based access control, optional multi-factor authentication where configured, and tamper-evident audit logging. Our architecture is informed by SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, and CJIS security frameworks.
We retain client data for the duration of the service agreement and as required by applicable law. Clients may request data deletion subject to legal retention obligations. Audit log records are maintained as tamper-evident records for compliance purposes.
